Switzerland: CHF 7.50 (tracked via Swiss Post)
European Union: CHF 15.00 (flat-rate tracked shipping via Swiss Post International)

Shipping Carrier

All domestic and international orders are shipped using Swiss Post.
International shipments are handled by Swiss Post International, including tracking and customs support. We are not offering alternative carriers (such as DHL or UPS) at this time.

You may list Swiss Post as the official carrier when tracking your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy – Snuglio™Switzerland:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Customer receives a Swiss Post return label (PDF)
• Label is postage unpaid — customer pays at drop-off

 European Union:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Customer receives return instructions and our Swiss return address
• Customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping (DHL or DPD recommended)
