Return & Refund Policy for Snuglio™

At Snuglio™, every piece is made with care, designed to wrap you in warmth, comfort, and happiness.
Because each Snuglio™  is a personal comfort item, we accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, cozy experience.

Switzerland

If there’s a concern with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, email you a Swiss Post return label (PDF).
Please note:

  • The return label is postage unpaid and you’ll need to pay for shipping at drop-off.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, marks, fragrance, or pet hair cannot be accepted for return.

European Union

If you’d like to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide detailed instructions and our Swiss return address.
Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping (we recommend DHL or DPD).
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges may be offered if your preferred item or colour is available in stock.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and sent back to you.

Important Note

Because Snuglio™ products are wearable comfort items, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. We encourage you to check sizing, colours, and details carefully before placing your order.
