Yes! We currently ship across Switzerland and the European Union.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2–4 business days.
EU orders may take 5–10 business days depending on customs and courier timelines.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your Snuglio’s journey home.

Sometimes couriers take 24–48 hours to update tracking info. If it hasn’t updated after that, email us at info@snuglio.co and we’ll help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, unused Snuglios in their original packaging with tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Yes, if your preferred colour or style is available, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange once your original item is returned and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; in the EU, we recommend tracked shipping via DHL or DPD.
